INTRODUCTION ON CAPITAL ALLOWANCES
As a result of recent changes in legislation, capital allowance relief should now be considered as an essential part of all commercial property transactions. If this matter is not addressed at the point of a sale, or purchase of a commercial property, then it may have significant financial implications. It is estimated that the benefit of capital allowance relief equates to about 10% of the sale price of any property. This is a significant benefit that ultimately could be lost if the proper advice is not sought on the sale or purchase of such property.
At Bridger & Co, we provide specialist advice on this subject to ensure that our clients are fully protected, and can maximise any gain, or minimise any loss, resulting from capital allowance implications.
